San Francisco Insurance Academy (SFIA) Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
A full refund will be issued if a class is canceled by SFIA prior to the first session. If a class is canceled after sessions have begun, students will be refunded for the remaining class sessions.
To receive a refund, a written email request must be received by SFIA at least 7 days prior to the first-class meeting. A $10 processing fee per class will be deducted from the refund.
Enrollment cancellations received after the refund deadline and up to 2 days before the start of the class will be issued a Letter of Credit for class fees, less the $10 processing fee per class.
Less than two days before the class start date, no partial refund or Letter of Credit will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel, or classes postponed due to circumstances beyond our control.
No phone requests for refunds or Letters of Credit will be accepted.
